LEADING LIFE SCIENCE SOFTWARE & E-CLINICAL ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDE CLINICAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
 
CLIENT – My client is an established SaaS Software company providing content management solutions to the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. Their industry leading solution for management of clinical content, offers a truly collaborative and compliant document and quality management environment on the cloud or on-premise. My client works with life sciences organizations that operate within the Life Science industry including Pharma companies, Biotechs and CRO’s.
 
ROLE – They are looking for a driven individual to join their Sales team as they pioneer the way into offering a powerful regulated content management platform for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and clinical research organizations.
 
The Sales Solutions Specialist’s focus is on presenting unique value propositions to potential customers as they progress through the sales process. In support of the Sales team, the Solutions Specialist is responsible for selling to new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. The Sales Solutions Specialist will also play an active role in disseminating product feedback from the market to the product development team.
 
Your role will include but not be limited to:
 

  • Creating and delivering powerful presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the offering
  • Participation in the gathering of market intelligence
  • Addressing initial technical objections or questions from potential clients
  • Explaining and communicating technical documentation.
  • Providing front-line technical feedback to the internal development team.
  • Supporting Account Executives with selling into prospect account base
  • Partnering with Account Executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic sales in complex sales cycles
  • Successfully matching customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Managing all responses of RFP / RFI responses
  • Collecting and documenting competitive intelligence
  • Developing knowledge and expertise around products and services

 
CANDIDATE – They are looking for a very charismatic individual that oozes confidence and that can easily handle themselves in demonstrations and someone that commands attention with an ability to lead and influence. You will have experience in the Life Science industry and ideally you will understand the clinical space and the workflow of clinical research & development.
 
SALARY – For your hard work and dedication, my client is offering an industry leading remuneration package which includes a competitive base salary and full benefits alongside a performance related bonus and unlimited PTO.
