SEEKING SENIOR IT BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A HIGHER LEVEL ROLE THAN THE TITLE SUGGEST WHICH IS DEMONSTRATED BY THE SALARY
CLIENT – My client is a leading Pharmaceutical company that is a leader in Diagnostics, Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals. They create life-changing technology that covers a myriad of areas. From something as recognized as Diabetes to connecting physicians with real time heart monitoring. From mobility issues to testing on 50% of the globes blood transfusions this organization has their fingers in a whole variety of pies. ROLE – The successful candidate will be responsible for the IT portfolio of the Med Device Global Clinical, HE and Data Science and Regulatory divisions. You will contribute heavily to commercial strategy and translates that into an aligned IT strategy. You will work directly with clients to understand and pinpoint IT opportunities.
Your role will include but not be limited to.
- Partnering with client’s business leaders
- Maintain productive relationships across the entire IT eco system internally and external suppliers.
- Manage projects across business unit.
- Manage issues, risks and decision making with effective timeframes and outcomes.

CANDIDATE – The perfect candidate will possess out of the box thinking couples with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve great things, effective communication is also a major part of the role and a professional attitude and appearance. You will have knowledge of technologies in Clinical, Regulatory, health Economics and data Science functions including Analytics Visualisation tools, Advanced Analytics, Predictive Analytics and Cloud Services.
Key expertise for success in this role:
- IT and Business experience in large or midsize multinational Pharma or healthcare organizations
- Experience setting Business Strategy.
- Project Management skills
- Understanding of clinical and regulatory systems
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
SALARY – For your hard work and dedication you will be eligible for an industry leading comp package including a base salary of $160,000 to $180,000 plus 7% bonus and a commission incentive of 2% on revenue across the division. If for example the division sells 5 million annually then you would receive £100,000 bonus
